What to Expect
Historic Grounds, Full Access
Camp Monroe gives your group exclusive use of the Cambridge Gun & Rod Club property — the same land W.E.B. Du Bois walked. Cabin lodging, tent platforms, fire pits, and waterfront space. Up to 40 guests, all under one buyout.
Your Dedicated Monroe Host
Every partner retreat includes a dedicated Camp Monroe host who manages the property end-to-end — check-in, catering coordination, activity logistics. Your team leads the programming. We run the operation.
From Cookouts to Culinary Retreats
Whether you want casual campfire meals or a fully programmed Foodways & Fire culinary weekend, our kitchen crew works around your vision. Local Maine ingredients, diaspora food traditions, and the kind of food that people talk about after.
